One of Fred's strengths is relationships. He is known as a man who makes an impact on others because he builds relationships. All too often our political system is non-relational. We elect people to office and we lose the ability to interface with them, they become distant and separate from those that have elected them, and therefore they become out of touch and non-impacting to the community. Fred is a man who has the ability to bring change to that fact in our political system. He is a naturally relational person who has brought change to so many areas in our community by way of relationships. As an example , Fred is not only a contributor and leader to the Education Foundation in Osceola County, he has a growing relationship with them. He is part of the lives of those who lead that foundation. He knows the challenges of the people involved, and he also knows their successes and goals for the future.
